TendMyStore connects your AI assistant to your store. Ask it to add products, change prices and stock, handle orders and refunds, manage customers and coupons, set up shipping and taxes, and read your sales. One place, in plain words.

You stay in control
- It asks first. Deleting things, changing many items at once, anything that emails a customer (order status changes, new orders and accounts, notes, resent emails), recording refunds and changing store settings always show you exactly what will happen, including who gets which email. Nothing changes until you say yes, and if the store changes before you do, it shows you the new preview instead.
- You can undo. TendMyStore keeps a 30-day history of its changes. Ask "what did you change today?" or "undo that".
- No money moves. Refunds are recorded, and payments stay with you and your payment provider.
- Your store, your key. WooCommerce creates a separate key for TendMyStore. Revoke it at any time in WooCommerce under Settings > Advanced > REST API.
How to connect
- Add TendMyStore in ChatGPT or Claude. Until the directory listings are approved, you can add it as a custom connector with this server address:
https://api.tendmystore.com/mcp - On the TendMyStore sign-in page, enter your store's address.
- Your store asks you to sign in to WordPress and approve Read/Write access for "TendMyStore - sign in". Sign in as an administrator: a Shop manager cannot, for example, delete customer accounts.
- To confirm it is your store, open WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API and type the last 7 characters of the new key.
Your WordPress password never reaches us.
What your store needs
- WooCommerce with its REST API, on an HTTPS address that the internet can reach.
- WordPress permalinks set to anything except "Plain".
- WooCommerce Analytics turned on, for sales reports and stock alerts.
- If a firewall or security plugin limits API access, allow our address
