Your store is your account
There is no separate username or password. Sign in with your store's address and the key ending from your WooCommerce admin to see your connection.
What the account page shows
- The store you signed in with, and whether TendMyStore holds a key for it that was approved with Read/Write access. The page shows what TendMyStore has stored; it does not test the key in your store.
- The result of your latest connection attempt, if it was in the last hour.
- Which assistant is signed in to your store, since when, and when that sign-in ends.
- That you have no plan, because TendMyStore has no plans or payments today.
The page is read-only. To disconnect, ask your assistant or revoke the key in WooCommerce.
How to sign in
- Open the account sign-in page and enter your store's address.
- In your WordPress admin, open WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API. Find the TendMyStore key with the most recent Last access date. That is the key TendMyStore uses now.
- Type the last 7 characters of its Consumer key on the sign-in page.
Nothing changes in your store
Signing in to the account page does not create a key, does not ask WooCommerce for approval and does not sign your assistant out. It only checks the key ending against the key TendMyStore already holds.
How long you stay signed in
Up to 12 hours, in that browser. You are signed out earlier when you press Sign out, when a new sign-in from an assistant replaces your store's key, when you disconnect, or when our service restarts. If you revoke the key in WooCommerce, the session ends once TendMyStore notices, on its next request to your store. After five wrong key endings in an hour, sign-in for that store pauses until the hour is over.
Several stores
Each store is its own account. Sign in with one store at a time.
